Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sliced pears
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (no pulp)
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks, juice packed, drained
  • 1/4 tsp grated ginger
  • 3-4 leaves of fresh mint.
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Preparation:

  • Start by taking out your blender
  • Next, put all of the liquid ingredients into the blender
  • Proceed by adding all of the dry ingredients
  • Mix all the ingredients in the blender and pour into a glass of your choice
